Tayo is a writer, poet and podcaster. Their experience as a Voice Contributor for 2 years helped to get by-lines in Forbes, Time Out, The Independent and Gal-Dem. Their journalism explores how art relates to society, whether that’s arthouse films or reality TV. They are currently the weekend editor for We Got This Covered and their poetry has been featured by the Almeida Theatre and Untitled. ELLIE BLACKWELL
In 2022, Ellie began her journey with Voice Magazine as part of the Young Arts Reviewers Voice Outreach programme in Shropshire. Ellie loved having new artistic experiences during the programme so decided to join our Voice Reviewers team. Ellie has now built an incredible relationship with her local arts and cultural venue’s and has been requested several times to come and review shows and events in Shropshire. We’re so excited to see what Ellie goes on to do next – read Ellie on Voice
SASKIA CALLISTE
Saskia started her journey as a Voice Contributor whilst at university. She quickly moved to be Assistant Editor and then Deputy Editor, leading Voice’s coverage of Women’s History Month and Black Lives Matter, creating Voice’s Winter Film Festival and Summer Showcase and running the Voice Contributors’ training programme. We miss her but we’re delighted that she has now gained a subeditor role on LadBible. Read Saskia’s journey
LAURA STANCULESCU
Laura worked with Voice in summer 2022 as an intern from Queen Mary University – she chose a development project and undertook thorough research into potential partners and supporters. We were very happy to offer her first job when she recently applied to join the team as Social Media Coordinator. Watch out for her work on Voice Instagram
